Employment

Thank you for expressing interest in working at Trinity Baptist Church.   In order to make this process easier, we have divided the process into four steps.  Please complete the steps in the order that they are arranged.

Step One

Please start by completing the Employment Application Online Form.

Step Two

After completing the interview process and once an offer has been made, prospective employees are required to read and agree to our Enlistment & Screening Policies and complete the E&S Application .  Click here for the Enlistment & Screening Exhibits

This will allow us to run the required background checks.

If you are applying to work with children, you will be required to watch a video and take a quiz.   This video will be emailed to you from Protect my Ministry.  This training will take one hour and 30 minutes to two hours to complete.   If you need to leave the video and come back to it later, please be sure to exit the training window completely.   When you are ready to return to the video, go back to your original email and it will take you to the place you left off.   It will contain a quiz for you to take at the end.  The church will be notified once the quiz has been taken with the results of the quiz.  If you receive a score under 75, you will be asked to review the video again and retake the quiz.

Step Three

When the background checks are cleared, you will be notified and you will then go on to complete the remainder of the documents listed below:
