Our Part In The Kingdom

“People are to be judged by the content of their character not the color of their skin,” was the clear biblical message Martin Luther King, Jr. delivered to the world. This movement of racial equality helped to push forward the vision prayed by the Apostle Paul 2,000 years earlier: “There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female – for we are all one in Christ Jesus.” (Galatians 3:28)

These words echo loudly through our 21st century world. As we move into this Martin Luther King weekend, let’s be renewed to demonstrate the meaning of love and justice by how we treat everyone we meet. The Kingdom of God’s invitation  is extended to all seekers and believers.
