Live Webcast Tips
Streaming video from the web can sometimes be a little unreliable. Many factors can play a part in this, so if you are experiencing problems with the webcast, see if any of these tips help.
1 - Refresh the page (press F5 on most browsers). Sometimes a reload is all that's needed to restore the video stream.
2 - Close all browser windows or tabs except the web stream. Other downloads take bandwidth away from the video stream and cause it to be choppy.
3 - Check your internet connection speed at SpeedTest.net. You should have a connection of at least 300 Kbps (roughly .3 Mbps) to stream reliably.
4 - Clear the browser cache and restart the browser.
5 - Install any plugins that your browser asks you to install.
