Music Ministry Upcoming Events
July 16 - 21: Mainstream Youth Choir travels to Nashville for their Choral Mission Trip. Please be in prayer for those traveling and for the opportunities for ministry they will have.
July 20 - 23: Alleluia Conference at Baylor. Wednesday, July 21, is Children’s Choir Day -- if you are interested in working with the TBC Children’s Choir which will begin this Fall, please mark your calendar and call Donn Wisdom, 738-7721, to let him know of your interest. Scholarships are available.
July 25: The Alliance Choir and the orchestra from Liberdade Baptist Church in Sao Paulo, Brazil will be leading in Worship in preparation of their participation in the Baptist World Alliance meeting in Hawaii. They are directed by Donaldo Guedes, a graduate of the North of Brazil Baptist Theological Seminary and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, who has served at Liberdade for 25 years.
July 25 & 26: The Key, a Christian band from Georgia, will play for youth Sunday School on Sunday morning and for Segue on Monday evening at TriPoint. Jonathan Wisdom, Donn’s son, sings and plays lead guitar. For more information about the band, go to www.thekeymusic.com.
