From the Youth Pastor Search Team
Dear Trinity Congregation,
We are excited to announce the formation of our Youth Pastor Search Team! As you may know, our previous youth minister, Nils Smith, has assumed a new role in charge of the college ministry and online communications. Chris Tripputi will be serving as Interim Youth Minister while we find our new pastor.
The team first met on January 10th and has been meeting each Sunday right after church. Under the leadership of our co-chairpersons Steve Daniel and Marianne Outlaw, and with the guidance of Pastor Les, we have edited an extremely specific job description for the post of Youth Pastor, formed a detailed list of qualities we will look for in our prospective pastors, and begun receiving and reviewing résumés.
We are excited to begin this process and look forward to finding the person God has in mind for Trinity. We are open to your suggestions and ask that you would keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
