A 30-minute program of secular, patriotic and gospel music is memorized and choreographed during the first 6 weeks (rehearsals begin at 9:00am on Monday of the week following Labor Day in Room E-250). Starting the seventh week, two area nursing homes are visited each Monday. The group touches the lives of those in approximately 60 facilities over the fall, winter and spring. For a more unified appearance that also provides identity, specially designed outfits are worn, with new designs purchased every two years. There are no auditions and no fees. The only requirement is a desire to give Christ’s love with a smile and a gentle touch.
