Meeting Room Info
To request a meeting room, you must submit the request at least 5 business days before your event (Mon-Fri, not including Sat or Sun).
To request a meeting room with catering, you must submit the request at least 14 business days prior to your event.
Please allow 3 business days before a follow-up email or phone call at the point of your request.
Room Cancellation – you must communicate by
emailing
Jana Gill 48 hours prior to your event date.
(There is a $25 cancellation fee if notification is not received within the allotted time.)
Price is $40/hr for Corporate and Personal.
Price is $20/hr for Non-Profits.
(Please provide a copy of your 501-C3 upon request.)
Catering available through
Grace Coffee Café
(outside food & alcohol are prohibited).
All meeting rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis and are only open during regular business hours.

Meeting Room Amenities
seating up to 40 depending on the setup
room set-up: boardroom style, tables and chairs in rectangle facing each other
(If you want a different setup there is an additional setup fee of $50 or you can setup the room yourselves at no cost.)
