These state of the art meeting rooms can seat up to 50 people and features a 52" Digital Display. These displays can be used for advertisement for your event there, show your presentation with audio, or be used to view television. Grace Coffee Cafe can also provide drinks and food for a small fee. The rooms also feature adjustable light settings so you can set the atmosphere how you best see fit.


Meeting Room Info

-To request a meeting room, you must submit the request at least 5 business days before your event (Mon-Fri, not including Sat or Sun).
-To request a meeting room with catering, you must submit the request at least 14 business days prior to your event date.
-Please allow 3 business days before a follow-up email or phone call at the point of your request.
-Room setup change or cancellation – you must communicate by faxing any changes in setup or cancelling your meeting 48 hours prior to your event date.

Grantham Center Info

-To request the Grantham Center, you must submit the request at least 21 business days (Mon-Fri, not including Sat or Sun) prior to your event date.
-Please allow 3 business days before a follow-up email or phone call at the point of your request.
-Room setup change or cancellation – If you communicate setup changes or cancel your event in the 14 days prior to your event, the fee is $50 per notice of change.
