Meeting Room Info
-To request a meeting room, you must submit the request at least 5 business days before your event (Mon-Fri, not including Sat or Sun).
-To request a meeting room with catering, you must submit the request at least 14 business days prior to your event.
-Please allow 3 business days before a follow-up email or phone call at the point of your request.
-Room Cancellation – you must communicate by emailing Sandrine McCurdy 48 hours prior to your event date.
-Price is $30/hr for Corporate and Personal.
-Price is $10/hr for Non-Profits.
-Catering available through
Grace Coffee Café (outside food & alcohol are prohibited).
-All meeting rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis and are only open during regular business hours.
-All rooms must be booked through Sandrine McCurdy whose office is located at TriPoint. To email her

Meeting Room Amenities
-seating up to 40 depending on the setup
-basic setup – choose one of three styles
classroom: tables and chairs facing one direction
lecture: just chairs facing one direction
boardroom: tables and chairs in rectangle facing each other
-free WiFi access
-widescreen television w/VGA hookup (MAC’s need correct adapter from their computer to VGA)
