Grantham Center Info
- To request the Grantham Center, you must submit the request at least 30 days (Mon-Fri, not including Sat or Sun) prior to your event date.
- Please allow 3 business days before a follow-up email or phone call at the point of your request.
- Room setup change or cancellation – If you communicate setup changes or cancel your event in the 14 days prior to your event, the fee is $50 per notice of change. If you communicate before that time, there is no charge. Please communicate by emailing Jana Gill.
- Grace Coffee Cafe is the preferred TriPoint vendor. No outside food vendors or alcoholic beverages are allowed. Please contact Ms. Vanessa Rodriguez @ 210-738-7798 or click here to email her for more information.
- We require that you sign a facilities agreement and pay a 50% deposit upon booking for the Grantham Center. Please make a personal telephone appointment with me for this. You will not officially be reserved until you pay your deposit.
- The Grantham is available on a first come, first serve basis
- The Grantham must be booked through Jana Gill whose office is located at TriPoint. To email her click here or you can use the form at the bottom of this page to start the process of reserving a room.
