Lessons in Stewardship
Beth Ann Ayala, Stewardship Team Member
As a young girl growing up in the mountains of Colorado, I learned about stewardship and how it means leaning on God’s promises. Not giving lip service to those promises, but actually putting them to work in your life; counting on them.

Words of Wisdom
Donn Wisdom, Minister of Music & Worship Arts
The life of faith in Christ provides such fulfilling and memorable moments for all believers. Consistent, incarnational and authentic worship with God’s people has always ranked at the top of that list for me. Rehearsals, concerts, meetings about worship and opportunities to minister in the community all come after the meaningful moments with God in worship. So, you could say that what the congregation of Trinity Baptist Church has done in calling me to serve with you as your Minister of Music and Worship Arts provides a magnificent opportunity for me, personally, to live out my calling – and be actively involved in doing the things that excite me the most within that calling.

TBC Missions
Costa Rica Mission Trip, April 7-17, 2010
The World Health Organization says that 80% of all sickness in the world is attributable to unsafe water and inadequate sanitation. UNICEF says a child dies every fifteen seconds from disease due to unsafe drinking water, poor sanitation and hygiene. These statistics tell any concerned Christian that something needs to be done to alleviate this problem; therefore our team will train and pray and ask for your support as they try to make a difference in the lives of Costa Ricans.
Ghana Mission Trip, June 28-July 9, 2010
Although 14 people have already committed to go to Africa, others are asking, “Why Ghana?” As we learned last fall when Emmanuel Mustapha visited our church, Ghana is already so well organized in spreading Christianity, they are ready to put our mission team to work. The leadership is in place, and communication is easy since English is the spoken language. It is also one of the safest places to go in Africa because currently the country’s government is a sustained democracy.

Faith Comes by Hearing
Wayne Grant, Discipleship and Education Team Chair
We hope that by now you are listening through, or reading through, the New Testament. Hundreds of Trinity Baptist members and friends have picked up the free MP3 discs and put them to work on their computer, DVD player, or iPod. Many others have purchased the pre-loaded “Bible Sticks” which are very easy to use.
