Trinity Baptist Counseling Center is the longest continuously operated counseling ministry of any church in the United States, begun in 1957. Our center is community based as a professional counseling center with 60% of our clients coming from outside of Trinity Baptist Church. The therapists of TBC Counseling Center work from a basic understanding that God is a God of love and grace. We offer solution focused therapy in an atmosphere of non-judgmental acceptance. We bolster and guide clients to face their issues, question old attitudes and beliefs, and examine unsuccessful behaviors. We then seek to encourage the development of new skills for change and personal growth. As practicing Christians, we approach our lives and work based on extending God’s love and care to our clients.
